- Guest name: must match the reservation exactly. A mismatch is the most common reason a resort delivery fails.
- Specific hotel: at Baha Mar, specify Grand Hyatt, SLS, or Rosewood. At Atlantis, specify the tower.
- Room number: include the tower or building where relevant. Room number alone is not always enough at large resorts.
- Delivery window: give a window, not an exact minute. A 2-hour window allows for concierge coordination without pressure.
- Surprise deliveries: tell us it is a surprise. We brief the concierge to place flowers before the guest returns, not at the door.
- Check-in timing: for arrival day deliveries, share the expected check-in time so we can schedule accordingly.
