Tips for a Clean Handoff
- Allow at least a 2-hour delivery window where possible. Exact-minute deliveries to marinas are high-risk
- Confirm the vessel is in berth and not at anchor or on a day trip during the window
- For surprises, brief the captain or one crew member only so they can receive the delivery
- For tender deliveries at anchorage, confirm a crew member can be at the dock to collect
- For charter provisioning, share the full provisioning list and departure time so we can schedule around other deliveries
