Hotel and resort delivery
Hotel flower delivery in Nassau
Delivering to a hotel guest is a different job from delivering to a house. The address is easy to find and the recipient is the hard part.
What we need before we dispatch
- The guest's full name as the booking was made
- The hotel or resort, and the specific property where a resort has several
- Arrival and departure dates
- Room number if you have it, though it is not essential
- A working mobile number for the recipient
- Your preferred delivery date and card message
Three things that go wrong, and how to avoid them
The booking is under a different name. This is the most common failure of all. If there is any chance the room is booked under a spouse, a company or a friend, tell us the alternatives up front.
The guest has already checked out. Stay dates prevent this entirely, which is why we ask for them even when you are certain about the delivery date.
Nobody tells the guest. Some properties hold deliveries at the desk and notify by message, which a guest on holiday may not read for hours. A working telephone number lets us close that gap ourselves.
What to send to a hotel room
Vase arrangements beat wrapped bouquets for hotel guests, because a guest has no vase and nowhere to buy one. Keep the scale sensible: a room has less surface than a home, and something a guest cannot fit in a taxi at the end of the stay is a burden rather than a gift. Strongly fragrant flowers in a small air-conditioned room can be overwhelming.
Questions about hotel flower delivery in Nassau
Will the flowers be taken to the room?
That is the property's decision, not ours, and it varies between hotels and with how busy they are. Some deliver to the room, others hold at reception or the bell desk for collection.
Can I send flowers to arrive before my partner checks in?
It needs arranging in advance and depends on the hotel's willingness to place items in a room before arrival. Contact us early and we will find out what the property allows.
Which Nassau hotels do you deliver to?
We deliver to supported hotels and resorts across Nassau, Cable Beach and Paradise Island. Tell us the property and we will confirm.
What if the guest is out when the flowers arrive?
Hotels are generally the easiest case for this, because reception can accept on the guest's behalf. We will also call the recipient so the arrangement is not left sitting at a desk unnoticed.
Arrange a hotel delivery
Tell us the occasion, the delivery date, where the flowers are going and your budget. We will confirm what is available before you pay.
