Surprising someone staying at Atlantis takes one extra piece of information that most people forget: the name the room is actually booked under.
What the resort needs from you
- The guest's full name exactly as the reservation was made
- Which tower or property within the resort, if you know it
- Arrival and departure dates, so we do not deliver after checkout
- A working mobile number for the recipient
- Your card message
The reservation-name problem
This is the single most common reason a resort delivery stalls. A wife books the room in her maiden name, a company books it under the company name, or a friend books for the whole group and only their name appears in the system. The front desk searches, finds nothing, and the flowers wait.
If you are not certain which name the booking is under, tell us who else might be on it. A second name in the notes usually resolves it without spoiling the surprise.
How the handoff works
Resorts vary in whether flowers go to the room, to the bell desk or to guest services, and whether the guest must collect them. That decision belongs to the property, not to the florist, and it can change with occupancy. What we can do is deliver on time, label the arrangement clearly and call the recipient so it does not sit unnoticed.

Questions about flower delivery to Atlantis
Do I need the room number?
It helps, but the full reservation name and the stay dates matter more. Guests are frequently moved between rooms, and a stale room number is less useful than the name the resort can search.
Can flowers be waiting in the room at check-in?
An in-room placement before arrival depends entirely on the resort's procedures and housekeeping access on the day, so it has to be arranged in advance and cannot be promised. Contact us early if this is what you want.
Can you deliver a vase arrangement rather than a wrapped bouquet?
Yes, and for a hotel guest a vase arrangement is usually the better choice. Guests rarely have a vase in the room, and a wrapped bouquet with no water will not last the stay.
What if the guest checks out before delivery?
This is why we ask for departure dates. If a stay is cut short, contact us as soon as you know and we will try to redirect the delivery rather than send it to an empty room.
